Terms and Conditions
General Guidelines
- Book you child’s place, each week, via WhatsApp.
- Have your child ready for lineup five minutes before session.
- Cash payment to be made during lineup.
- Late children will be admitted during the next water break.
- Parents are to encourage, not coach, their children.
24hr Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations
50% of the booking value will be charged.
On-the-day cancellations
The full booking value will be charged.
No-shows:
The full booking value will be charged and you may be removed from the weekly booking group.
Weather Policy
“StarFootballers is an all-weather, outdoor, football training provider.”
SF will only cancel a training session if it becomes dangerous to play.
Where possible, cancellations due to extreme weather will be made 1 hour before the session begins.
