Terms & Conditions

1. Every child must be booked on each week via the WhatsApp Booking Form 

2. Kids are to be ready for lineup five minutes before the session begins

3. Payment is to be made during lineup 

4. A late child will be admitted to class during the next available water break 

5. Parents are to encourage, not coach their children from the sidelines.

 "StarFootballers operates a 24hr cancellation policy."

Late cancellations: If you cancel within the 24hr window you may be charged some or all of the booking value. 

No Show Policy: If you book in and do not show up will be charged the full booking value.

Discretion may be shown on a case by case basis.

"StarFootballers is an all-weather, outdoor, football training provider."

As a general rule we do not cancel because of the weather. StarFootballers will only cancel a session if it becomes dangerous to play. 

When possible, cancellations due to extreme weather, will be made 1hr before the session begins and will be communicated to parents via their respective WhatsApp Group.
